ICAM Engineer

Position Overview: This is a 100% on-site role in Columbia, MD., where you will be integral in maintaining and advancing virtual and network prototype infrastructure. The role involves providing daily technical support, installation, maintenance, and optimization of software within a multi-vendor, multi-platform environment. A Secret clearance is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support for the implementation and operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM) tools and solutions.
- Analyze system user requirements and develop solutions that align with the system's scope and objectives while addressing operational needs.
- Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks, including business processes, policies, and technologies that manage digital identities.
- Expertise in deploying and managing IAM systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Lifecycle Management (provisioning and deprovisioning).
- Install, configure, and administer technologies such as Centrify, ADFS, VMware Workspace ONE, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, MFA, and SailPoint.
- Work with data security tools such as Fortra (Titus) and Boldon James.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in SSO, 2FA, MFA, PAM, and ICAM technologies.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with PAM and ICAM technologies, particularly Ping Identity and Delinea.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic lab and prototype environment with emerging technologies.

- Applicants must possess a current Secret clearance.
