Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Hours: Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm
Dates: 9/19/2020 – 11/30/2020
Location: Columbia, MD (On Site)
Attire: Casual – will be working out of location temporary trailers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Check in/out all personnel, labor and subcontractors
Complete Company labor sheets
Receive and maintain all project receipts from Project Manager and
Enter daily project expenses into daily expense form
Receive and maintain all forms into daily package:
o Project Supervisor -
o Supply Coordinator -
Supply Usage Sheet and Inventory Sheet
o Safety Teams - All
safety inspection, review and permit sheets
Maintain on site copies of all generated documents
Works with Team Coordinator on DFS scorecard and reports to
Project Manager for resolution of issues
Review daily forms package with Project Manager
Scan all daily sheets and send to Team Coordinator
Compile document packages for site project auditors
Provide completed safety forms and permits to site safety staff
per site requirements
Enter Daily Field Sheets into T&M
Publish burn and cost reports
Assist Project manager in audit of contract labor invoices and
with project invoice audits.
At least 1 year experience as an assistant or
in data entry.
Experience with Word, and Excel
Ability to learn new software’s quickly
Candidate should have strong communication
skills, attention to detail, Flexibility, and be punctual.
