Director of Food & Beverage
Porter will be responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and appearance
of guest and company events.
Responsibilities and Standards:
The following description of job responsibilities and

Maintain organization and cleanliness of all company
events, equipment and storage space by cleaning, organizing, sanitizing and
vacuuming if need be.
Service events by emptying trash, removing
recycling, dirty plates, cups, linens and glasses, and replace as necessary.
Straighten all chairs.
Replenish water requirements as specified or
Maintain storage areas and ensure cleanliness
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance
and hygiene at all times.
Provide courteous and professional service at
Proper care, movement, storage of all equipment.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
High energy, positive, self-directed team
Able to handle last minute changes to plans and
be guest focused.
Strong attention to detail for even set-ups.
Customer Service Responsibility
Ensures that the club's customer service
standards are maintained at an exceptional level.
Presents self in a professional manner including
appearance, identification, and general communication and conduct at all times.
Makes a positive contribution to the work
environment through presentation of positive attitude, demonstration of
cooperation and teamwork, and constructive approach to daily events.
Listens effectively, responds to guests’
requests in a friendly “can do” manner.
Attendance: Adheres to established schedule of work
hours. Follows established procedures
for early notification to supervisor when unable to report to work. Call a
manager 30 minutes before shift starts to avoid an improper call in. .
Punctuality: Arrives to work at scheduled times and works
until authorized to leave.
Attends all mandatory education/in-service
programs and demonstrates understanding of responsibilities through appropriate

Requirements of the Job:
Ability to work on their feet for long stretches
Must be comfortable speaking to guests
and assisting with solving problems with creative solutions.
Ability to lift, carry, move large and heavy
items up to 50 lbs.
Able to work nights, weekend and holidays.
