We are in search of qualified candidates who can excel at the following:

  • Lead, mentor, manage and guide a diverse team of property leaders in multiple brands in successfully achieving guest service, profitability, QA and associate satisfaction scores along with reputation management rankings.

  • Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with A&R’s hotel operating policies and procedures (Operations Manual).

  • Conduct regular property visits to ensure performance standards are being met.

  • Review property performance regarding Revenue Generation, GSS, Culture and Expenses and take action to maximize results in each area through coaching, training and strategic action planning.

  • Support the implementation of the Sales & Marketing plan for each assigned property.

  • Help develop and manage the Revenue Generation strategy for each assigned property.

  • Conduct regular and timely reviews of assigned team associates.

  • Be the cultural ambassador for A&R mission and core values.
