Central Sterile Technician - Part time

We are currently seeking a Central Sterile Technician to join our busy and specialized outpatient ambulatory surgical center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sterilization cycle, including decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment

• Ensure all surgical trays and instruments are accurately prepared and ready for scheduled procedures

• Work closely with operating room staff to anticipate and meet surgical case needs

• Maintain compliance with strict infection control standards and safety protocols at all times

• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure functionality and cleanliness of all instruments

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sterile processing or operating room instrument handling is required

• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and familiarity with autoclaves and related equipment

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
