Central Sterile Technician - Part time
We are currently seeking a Central Sterile Technician to join our busy and specialized outpatient ambulatory surgical center.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete sterilization cycle, including decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment

Ensure all surgical trays and instruments are accurately prepared and ready for scheduled procedures

Work closely with operating room staff to anticipate and meet surgical case needs

Maintain compliance with strict infection control standards and safety protocols at all times

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure functionality and cleanliness of all instruments
Qualifications:

Prior experience in sterile processing or operating room instrument handling is required

Knowledge of sterilization techniques and familiarity with autoclaves and related equipment

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
