HHA / CNA
North Star Care at Home is a home healthcare agency that serves Cape Cod. Cases range from mid-cape to lower cape. The responsibilities would be as follows:
As a CNA or Home Health Aide:
Provide Personal Hygiene care if needed
Oversee prescriptions and medical treatments
Coordinate our services with any skilled nursing help
Provide a peaceful, caring and supportive environment
Drive Clients to appointments, errands etc. as assigned by administration
Grocery shopping
Meal preparation as required by plan of care
Light housekeeping/ laundry as required for patient
Document all daily living in daily log
Give report to incoming/ relieving aide/ CNA
Assist with hospice services
As a CNA or Home Health Aide:
