What You Will Do:
- Generate and upload banking files for customers to corresponding banks.
- Record incoming client wires.
- Process ACH adjustments as needed.
- ACH editing for voids, reissues and changes.
- Create ACH payments for tax notices.
- Create tax preparer file after ACH file is sent.
- Handle client termination processing and system updates.
What You Bring to Table:
- Strong understanding of payroll, payroll processes, retirement plans and basic banking procedures.
- Understanding of deadlines and urgency of requests.
- Detailed-oriented.
- Customer-oriented.
- Client confidentiality.
