Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power testing instruments and systems including programmable AC Power Source and DC Power Supplies, AC loads and DC Electronic Loads, Digital Power Meters and Automated Testing Systems for applications in LED Lighting, Led Drivers, Aerospace, Defense, Military, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Solar, Marine, and Regulatory Testing.

The Sales District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of the company sales in a large geographic region. The position coordinates daily sales activity, meets with major customers, draws up sales reports, designs new and more effective sales strategies, and works to market and promote the company, its products, and its services.


• Meets with customers to discuss company products and services.

• Defines and implements sales strategies to promote company products and increase sales in their


• Works to foster lasting relationships with customer base.

• Locates opportunities to expand client base.

• Networks with prospective customers to help them decide to bring their business to the company.

• Sets specific monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

• Oversees the activity of junior sales associates.

• Works with sales team to ensure goals and objectives are met.

• Devises new and innovative methods to penetrate markets and customers.

• Assists in designing training, marketing, and promotional material.

• Conducts research into target consumer bases and penetration strategies.

• Leads in-house training, seminars, and workshops to improve effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.


 • Demonstrates knowledge of company products and services.

• Possesses knowledge of competitive products and markets.

• Exhibits strong interpersonal and customer skills.

• Demonstrates ability to think creatively.

• Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods.

• Works well and demonstrates ability to lead teams.

• Demonstrates patience with reluctant or frustrated customers.

• Exhibits familiarity with MS office products.

• Communicates clearly and effectively.

• Possesses strong persuasive abilities.

• Demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills.

• Maintains a professional but confident and outgoing demeanor.

• Is capable of conducting independent research.

• BSEE strongly preferred. 


This position supervises from 8-15 employees.


General office skills and dexterity are required. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
