Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor (FT)

Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor primary responsibilities are, but not limited to, supervising, supporting, and covering assigned activities as they relate to the Ambulatory Care Service Representatives and Ambulatory Care Packing personnel.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                                            
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to provide daily supervision to all assigned                                                                                                 
  • HCSC ACSR's and support all aspects of Service to the assigned territories.                                                                                                           
  • Manage assigned ACSR's to accomplish positive outcomes for Accounts Receivable, Contract Renewals and Inventory                                                                                                           
  •  Ensure program growth and stability                                                                                                
  • Manage assigned ACSR's to promote customer relationship/ retention, potentiates Product Sales, and Sales Leads.                                                                                                               
  • Conducts his/ herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times.                                                                                                  
  • Supervise, organize and facilitate the movement of inventory between HCSC and customer location via ACSR's                                                                                                
  • Adheres to all HCSC and the Health Care Institution policies and procedures.                                                                                                      
  • Maintains privacy and confidentiality and adheres to all federal, state & local regulations  


Retail Customer Service Experience                                                                                       

Retail Customer Sales Experience                                                                                            

Supervisory/ Management Experience helpful

  • QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                           

  • High School Diploma or equivalent                                                                                          
    • Associates/Bachelor Degree helpful                                                                                       
    • Must possess Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time Management Skills                                                                                   
    • Must be flexible, team player, problem solver                                                                                  
    • Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and under time constraints.                                                                                             
    • High level of accuracy, neatness of work product necessary                                                                                        
    • Must Possess a Valid Driver's License
