Job Summary: Works with the Director of Marketing and Development to manage the design, coordination, and implementation of a strategic development plan in conjunction with the M&D team. Manage donor portfolio for Director. Develop and execute donor stewardship program to increase donor retention. Conduct prospect research to identify potential donors for the organization. Lead and execute annual giving campaign. Manage and utilize constituent information in donor database. Establish and retain donor relationships with community partners and organizations. Assist with capital campaign initiative. Assist with all M&D initiatives as needed.
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree, required, advance computer skills, 3+ years in development and fundraising. Excellent speaking and writing skills. Must be able to multi-task, Detail oriented.
