Senior Software Researcher (TS/SCI with Polygraph)

Yellow Duck Technologies is seeking a cleared Senior Software Researcher to support advanced software analysis, vulnerability research, and security-focused development efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze software, systems, and architectures to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Conduct security research and support exploit development efforts.
• Develop and test solutions to validate technical findings.
• Analyze system components, interfaces, and protocols.
• Document research findings, methodologies, and technical results.
• Collaborate with researchers and developers on complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong proficiency in C, Python, and Assembly (ASM).
• Deep understanding of software vulnerabilities and secure coding best practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed architectures and protocol analysis between disparate system components.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
