About the Role

At Pacific Sands, our Room Attendants are the heart of our guest experience. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our guests. This role is more than just cleaning—it’s about helping guests feel at home the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver genuine, 5-star service by greeting guests warmly and helping when needed
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to resort standards (including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas)
• Keep public spaces and back-of-house areas tidy and stocked
• Respond quickly to guest requests (extra towels, pillows, or supplies)
• Take part in deeper seasonal or rotational cleaning projects
• Work closely with Guest Services and Maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
• Follow safety guidelines and be prepared for emergencies

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
• Team spirit and willingness to support co-workers
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail with pride in your work
• Physically fit, with the ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, lift moderately heavy items, and be on your feet for long periods
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not required—we’ll provide training
