York Space Systems is looking for a talented and experienced Principal Mechanical Design Engineer that can turn complex design requirements into an affordable-to-produce and easy-to-assemble design for high-rate production. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and jumps at the chance to exercise their engineering skills and loves to coach younger team members. In this role you will have the opportunity to flex your CAD skills while advancing new philosophies for the space industry. As a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, you will drive best practice in tangible designs while simultaneously developing a growing and maturing team. Aerospace specific experience is desired, but not a requirement.
