As part of the Marketing team and reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Sales & Marketing Assistant will use their education and detailed-oriented eye to help the national Payworks sales teams and referral partners to tell the Payworks story. The successful candidate will be organized, service oriented, and have strong written communication and time management skills.  COLLABORATE & COMMUNICATE – IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

+   Coordinate between sales and marketing – Your organized nature will be a crucial asset while providing sales operations support by maintaining and creating materials such as contracts, proposals and RFPs, and supporting the sales material requests from our referral channels and partners. You’ll help our team keep marketing collateral up to date, including brochures and sales presentations. You’ll also collaborate by generating reports and set up campaigns using Hubspot and Sugar CRM to support Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders.

+   Create efficiencies and help generate more leads – You’ll be responsible for working within marketing automation software to maintain contact lists and provide lead generation activity support. You’ll assist with the coordination of promotions, campaigns, and virtual events with collateral coordination and lead follow-up post-event. You’ll also maintain the internal client referral program and all other lead generation activities as required.

+   Work with a team - You’ll work closely with members of the marketing and sales teams from across Canada. We focus on working efficiently while at the same time trying to have some fun. We feel exceptional and innovative performance comes naturally when we’re working alongside great people. 


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

+   Business administration, marketing, or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

+   Exceptional writing and communication skills. Bilingual in French/English is considered an asset.

+   Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

+   Previous experience with CRM tools and marketing automation software considered an asset.

he Sales & Marketing Assistant works out of the Pitt Meadows office and reports to the VP Marketing in Winnipeg at our head office; however to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone during the pandemic, employees are currently working remotely. Capitalizing on technology in new ways has allowed us to connect as a team and continue to collaborate virtually despite being physically apart.
