Senior Director of Marketing
The Senior Director of Marketing develops and executes marketing strategies to support brand engagement and enrollment at the University. This individual has deep expertise in marketing strategy and execution and works closely with senior administrators in admissions and the provost’s office on effective creative solutions to drive demand and generate applications. The senior director is chiefly responsible for the execution of integrated marketing and communications plans; paid advertising; email marketing; printed collateral, and web content.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, or management
· At least eight years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in higher education
· Experience bringing a brand to life through marketing campaigns
· Familiarity with Google’s Marketing Platform
· Experience working in a CRM and CMS required
· Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability and diversity
· Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
