Purpose of the Position:
The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the day-to-day operation of attraction to which they are assigned, either with the Head Coach, or in the absence of the Head Coach.

•Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals such as Head Coaches, fellow Assistant Coaches, Store-Level Team Members, Corporate Team Members, Guests, vendors, consultants, etc.
•Prepares and processes store specific reports, correspondences, etc.
•Ensures a high level of Guest satisfaction.
•Assists in ensuring store is adequately staffed at all times.
•Assists in handling personnel management matters while ensuring strict confidentiality.
•Assists in planning, directing, and managing all aspects of the attraction.
•Adheres to and enforces all FACE Amusement policies and procedures and demonstrates commitment to excellent Guest service in all aspects.
•Assists in the development of innovative approaches to maximizing Guest satisfaction and overall revenue.
•Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
•External applicants: A minimum of 6 months prior management experience
•Internal applicants: A minimum of 6 months of tenure with the company and Head Coach recommendation
