Vehicle Patrol Officer – Bakersfield, CA

ValorGuard is hiring Vehicle Patrol Officers for high-visibility patrol assignments throughout Bakersfield. This role is best suited for experienced officers who can manage active patrol responsibilities and maintain strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do: Conduct vehicle patrols across assigned properties, check doors, gates, and trash enclosures, monitor for suspicious activity, write detailed reports, and maintain communication with dispatch.

Typical Assignments: High-traffic shopping centers and commercial properties.

Schedule: Varies by site, must be available for days, swings, overnights, weekends, and flexible coverage.

Pay and Perks: Base–$18.50/hr, overtime–$27.75/hr, +$1/hr for veterans and active military, weekly pay, and cell phone stipend.

Requirements: Active CA guard card, valid driver’s license, clean driving record (MVR required), prior security or patrol experience required, reliable and professional.
