100% Remote – candidates can sit anywhere; however, Candidates will be dealing with clients that are Global, so there may be some
early hours and late nights

Candidates will be supporting the Workday Global implementation
Candidates must be able to manage several projects for the system
implementation of Workday
Candidates will be working with the Global partners of the client.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Workday Security Project Lead for a remote, 6-month project. This
role requires a candidate who is adept at dealing with functional Workday
security issues and has the ability to make quick, decisive actions in a
fast-paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities
• Lead the evaluation and remediation of
Workday security as part of post-production support.
• Deliver process improvements to mitigate risk, meet business obligations, and
regulatory requirements for Workday HR security.
• Provide security training and guidance on best practices for data security
within Workday.
• Work on the global Workday implementation, focusing heavily on security
issues.
• Quickly assess security issues and develop actionable plans to address them.
• Stand up and assertively communicate when something is wrong, ensuring the
integrity of the security measures.
Qualifications
• 5-7
years of experience in Workday security.
• Workday Security certification is required.
• Candidates must be able to handle functional Workday security issues
effectively.
• Experience in a global Workday implementation is preferred.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategic plans for
security.
