Responsible for the daily operations of the Guest Relations department.
Assist in supervision, training and scheduling of staff members. Develop guest loyalty and player relationships; maintain performance of the staff for effective performance and quality control. Displays superior customer service skills. Provides services to respond to guest requirements. Responsible for selling retail essential items as requested by guests. Initiate Player Club membership through accurate and timely data entry. Record and report database information to management, may assist in updating database files. Oversees and/or participates in formal and informal surveys and queries. Monitors staff performance, ensuring adherence to Casino policies and procedures. Performs tasks associated with the redemption of promotional items and their distribution. Assists in maintaining redemption items inventory and recommends the purchase of incentives/merchandise. Supervises staff to ensure compliance with policy and procedures. May perform the duties of the Representatives if needed. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Authorized to extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years minimum experience in related field of business. Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
