Program Director
Recruits, assigns, evaluates, schedules, supervises and disciplines direct reports. Directly supervises and delegates responsibilities to the staff on daily basis. Assures appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Completes or assure completion of all required documentation. Maintaining budget compliance. Attends various meetings.
§ Organizes and implements Empowering to Elevate locations, meeting all ODJFS, OMHAS certification licensing requirements and ETE polices (especially those related to client care, patient rights, nurturance and protection, discipline, and treatment plans).
§ Strive to meet the Goals and strategies from ETE’s strategic Plan.
§ Assures the use of high risk interventions (restraints) are kept to a minimum through the Implementation
§ Provides supervision of staff including peer review, individual supervision, and group supervision activities.
§ Recruitment of referral sources and partnerships
§ Performs other duties as required including, but not limited to quality assurances duties, program development, screen referrals, agency relations and court appearances.
§ Provides Social Emotion Support in the following ways:
o Supporting client’s efforts toward treatment goals
o Role model and teaching appropriate skills and behaviors
o Utilize Collaborative Problem Solving
§ Provides individual and/or group mental health services as appropriate to the child service plan. Will be responsible for providing clinical documentation of services rendered.
§ Assist with linkage in the transportation needs when not assigned to other program needs and may need to travel to multiple sites in order to provide necessary services.
§ Provides crisis management services throughout the programs including the proper use of de-escalation techniques and restraints as necessary.
§ Performs other duties as required.
