As a Senior Camp Leader, you are right at the heart of it. Leading a team, shaping the day, and helping young campers feel safe, confident, and free to explore, imagine, and just be kids.
This role matters. You are not just supervising you are building trust, sparking creativity, and turning everyday moments into something a little bit magical. Every high five, every solved problem, every “look what I did!” moment it all adds up to something bigger.
You will grow along the way, too. You will build real leadership skills, learn how to guide and support a team, and gain hands on experience planning, adapting, and thinking on your feet. You will be trusted to take the lead, try new ideas, and bring your own spark to the experience.
