Job Overview:
The Slot Ambassador Host under the direction of the Regional General Manager will be responsible for looking after our VIP slot guests and ensuring that all their needs are met. The Slots Ambassador Host will provide superior service to our VIP’S, knowing guests by their names, likes and dislikes, dining and entertainment and favourite sports games. Make our guests feel welcomed and valued, by knowing the slot machines our guests like to play and which ones our guests would like to see. The Slot Ambassador Host will be responsible for maintaining repeat business from current list of VIP guests as well as recruiting new guests to the casino.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Markets the services of the casino to existing and prospective players.
Introduces the players on new games and programs, and events of the casino.
Caters to the needs of the players while they are within the casino.
Sends emails or place calls to players to promote the image and services of the casino.
Executes promotions and progress of the loyalty programs organized by the casino.
Tracks players visitations and average bets.
Determines the level of comps to be given to any player.
Oversees service delivery to the players.
Ensures players are satisfied with the services provided by the casino.
Listens to complaints and concerns of clients and get them resolved without delay.
Books reservations for the casino’s valued customers.
Coordinates all special events organized by the casino towards attracting new clients.
Assists with offsite casino promotions.
Drafts and distributes periodic or daily report to the casino’s management.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Clear Criminal Record Check

Job Requirements:
Ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including graveyards, weekends, and holidays. The hours of work will be based on operational needs.
Knowledge of AGLC Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Walk/stand – Must be able to walk/stand throughout much of the shift.
Use of hands/fingers – must be able to use both hands to open machines and boxes on a repetitive basis.
Talk/hear – must be able to detect, determine, identify, observe, inspect, and assess. This positions frequently communicates with employees throughout the entirety of the shift. Must be able to exchange accurate information and professionalism in these situations.
Works in an indoor, fast-paced environment.
Advanced attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Frequent bending, crouching, lifting, pulling, pushing, twisting, stretching, and turning.
