The kitchen manager is the leader of this eclectic Midtown Eatery. Brunch is our busiest shift so Saturdays and Sundays are a must. Lunch is our second busiest shift so most other shifts will be noon to 10 pm. We offer elevated Southern cuisine. You will be responsible for ordering, hiring and scheduling staff, sanitation and kitchen cleanliness, and menu development. You work the line on some shifts and direct on others. You must be able to stand without break for extended periods and lift 50# from the floor. You will be the leader in the kitchen so must have the work ethic to lead by example. Compensation varies depending on the experience but the owner wants to grow the company with an incredible team. The sky is definitely the limit. Please come with an ownership mentality and a desire to help elavte and change a kitchen culture.
