Netchex is looking for a Client Experience Marketing Lead. We're looking for a self-starter who has a passion for customer success, people, executing strategic campaigns, and building initiatives from the ground up. This role will be responsible for planning and executing programs and messaging campaigns that drive client retention, client advocacy, and growth within existing client accounts. Develop and refine campaigns to drive expanded sales and client retention in collaboration with Marketing, Development, and the Service team. Plan and execute various client events to connect our clients with each other for knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and account expansion opportunities.

This is a hybrid remote position. Selected candidate must live within a 50 mile radius of the following areas: Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas

 Duties/Responsibilities:

     Strategic development of cross-functional customer expansion, retention, and advocacy programs; guiding creative, content, and demand resources to deliver seamlessly integrated marketing programs and campaigns that establish and grow strong relationships between Netchex and our customers.

     Recruit, foster relationships with, and mobilize customer brand champions that elevate the voice of the customer to the broader market; this includes testimonials, case studies, references, and referrals that resonate with our target audience, showcasing customer accomplishments and capturing ROI

     Spearhead alignment with internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless product development updates reach our client base.

     Cultivate and grow our online Community to help educate, inform and engage our customers in a fun and creative environment.

     Manage vibrant webinar calendars, run beta testing user groups, create engaging email communications including newsletters, essential emergency messaging and product announcements

     Understand and expand on the Netchex brand through design, modern graphics, and a personalized, organic voice to our user base.

     Implement a highly engaging and personalized customer experience journey at every touchpoint; create product adoption and renewal campaigns that help customers maximize the value of their Netchex investments in addition to upsell/cross-sell campaigns that drive new revenue within our customer base

     Plan and execute customer events that bring them together to learn, share and grow with product and industry experts

     Utilize Salesforce, Influitive, ChurnZero, and additional technologies to drive engagement and retentions

 Experience and Required Skills:

     2+ years of B2B marketing; experience in customer marketing strongly preferred

     Excellent social skills to develop personal relationships, align objectives cross-functionally and presentation skills

     Exceptional project management skills, with finely-tuned attention to detail and a creative, strategic mindset

     Refined writing skills to develop content and communications with the fresh voice of Netchex

     Keen eye for design and branding

     Preferred experience using marketing automation

     High sense of urgency; very driven with ability to understand and prioritize initiatives

     Goal-focused individual with a history of exceeding quantifiable performance metrics that determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts

     BA / BS degree preferred
