An important member of FMO’s client support team, the
Graphic Designer will carry a wide range of responsibilities with a special
focus on providing graphic design support on key internal and external initiatives
across the company.
The ideal candidate must be a confident self-starter,
an out-of-the box thinker with demonstrated creative flair, a strong visual
sense and with the ability to multi-task.
various types of content for both print and digital media, including but
not limited to: GIFs, infographics, HTML emails, custom templates, email
banners, ads, decks, social media posts, block kits, websites, etc.
scalable marketing materials and collateral that can be leveraged for
various marketing purposes and that engages various audiences
to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
present and communicate creative design and strategy to the internal
clients in both formal and day-to-day scenarios
to project deadlines, ensuring all content is accurate, timely, relevant,
compelling, and appropriate for the intended audience
Must Have Skills
education in graphic design
1-3 years of experience in a designer role
knowledge of all Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
experience in designing for digital / online media
design sense, strong understanding of typography and the creative
attention to detail
communication skills, a positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
and UX/UI design experience is an asset
Nice To Have
with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is not required but
considered an asset
experience would be considered an asset
working to support large format printing (HP TXXX Inkjet Printers)
Support Background – Working in a high-volume environment
to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements using different software
