Caregiver (PCA/NA/CNA)
We are seeking someone who has experience working with children with special needs or someone who is genuinely willing to learn, receive training, and develop the skills necessary to provide quality care.
- Provide compassionate, attentive, and age-appropriate care to children with special needs.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, as appropriate.
- Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and positive engagement.
- Participate in appropriate recreational and daily activities.
- Provide close supervision and help maintain a safe environment.
- Follow the child's established care plan and individualized needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and our care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.
- Follow all safety and care protocols.
- Provide consistent, dependable care and help create a positive and supportive environment for the child.

- Current PCA, NA, or CNA certification, as applicable to the position and service requirements.
- Reliable transportation
- Experience supporting children with developmental, intellectual, behavioral, physical, or other support needs is a plus.
- Must demonstrate patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in working with children.
- Must be able to follow individualized care plans and instructions.
- Must be able to communicate professionally with parents, guardians, and members of the care team.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy and dignity of the child and family.
- Must be willing to follow all company policies, safety requirements, and applicable care standards.
Experience With Special Needs Is a Plus
Experience working with children who have developmental, intellectual, behavioral, physical, or other support needs is highly valued.
