Digital Content Creator - BEST Dispensary - Mesa AZ

This position requires someone who is proactive and analytical with the ability to create a constant flow of content to be published various digital and social media platforms in a strategic manner.  This person is also passionate about creating and delivering engaging, inspiring, and shareable content across our range of digital channels.  They ensure our digital presence supports and enhances our elevated business offering and delivers our messages effectively.  The strongest candidates are creative, proactive content creators with over two years of graphic content creation and/or social media experience.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Create graphic content that aligns to company standards. 

• Delivery of detailed digital content for all digital mediums of marketing and social media not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok.

• Plan, create, and work on daily content that engages, encourages, and educates our audience.

• Work under the direction of Digital Marketing Coordinators to consistently optimize and push content forward based on performance and platform developments.

• Demonstrates solid writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.

• Understands social platform culture and how to work within it while maintaining brand standards.

• Create inspiring and informative videos for our specific audience - something that you would want to watch.

• Edit existing content or footage to ensure brand compliance and relevance.

Experience:

• Has a portfolio of pas and current work in creating and participating in digital marketing material. Modern styles preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and similar software.

• Knowledgeable in video production and editing is a plus.

• 2+ years of relative field experience in digital design, graphic, illustration, branding, etc.  

• Experience with task management software such as Asana.

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
