All American Home Care is a leading most progressive Home Care Agency located in Allentown, PA. We are a fast paced home care office seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The candidate must be a quick learner, use good judgement, and have great customer skills.
Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Full Time Certified Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, vendors, and other visitors to our office.
- Printing, handling and scanning all documents.
- Responsible for all front desk functions in the office.
- Direct Calls.
- Handle Multi-lined phone.
- Place and read PPD's.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Must be flexible
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to handle interruptions and deal effectively with confidential information
Experience
- One to two years in a medical care office care
- Must have a valid Medical Assistant Certification
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking a PLUS!
