Front Desk - Davenport Location

Florida Dermatology & Skin Cancer Centers is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Our front desk team plays an essential role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Patient care is our priority, and you are the first face of our practice! We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates professionally, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced medical office.

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.

• Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately.

• Schedule appointments

• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.

• Collect copayments and other applicable patient payments.

• Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative tasks.

• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members.

• Work collaboratively with the office team to maintain an organized and welcoming environment.

• Follow office procedures and maintain patient confidentiality.

• Travel between office locations when needed.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to accurately enter information and manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Previous medical office or healthcare experience 

• Availability to travel between office locations when needed.
