are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager for projects in the
Southwest Florida market. We are growing and expanding and are looking for

position you will:
closely with our suppliers and sub-contractors in support of the project
a strong working relationship with our Project Managers, Field Managers, Superintendents,
and other Assistant Project Managers.

Job responsibilities include:
- Issue purchase
orders as required and tie them to the proper cost code. Verify materials are
within budgeted costs.
invoice discrepancies immediately.
materials at the Project Managers' direction.
material orders and returns.
material and equipment deliveries.
customer, Project Manager, Field Manager, and Field Superintendent
appraised of equipment shipping schedules.
and issue submittals.
and issue Operation & Maintenance and Warranty Statements.
with Warehouse Manager on all deliveries of materials.
and track temporary labor.
and track permits and inspections.
support as requested by the Project Manager.
- A willingness to work until the last job of the

- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal
background check to obtain various facility badges needed.
