Resort Attendant
Manning Park Resort (MPR), a leader in the year-round resort market, is excited to announce the launch of its innovative new staffing initiative with the implementation of RESORT ATTENDANT positions within the Accommodations department. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to enhance staffing levels, provide career opportunities, pay a living wage, and support our overall mission statement of “delivering our guests an exceptional 4-season experience for a lifetime of memories!”.
Developed by Manning Park Resort’s Management team, this program is set to revolutionize the way hospitality services end up supporting MPR’s overall operations. Whereas in the past, MPR would hire housekeepers, janitors, and laundry attendants, each with its own responsibilities and duties, This new program combines those duties and roles into one, called RESORT ATTENDANT. Perhaps the most exciting component to new and current staff taking up one of these new positions is the living wage that will include a $23 per hour starting pay rate, guaranteed full-time hours, and a $500 bonus for every 90 days of employment by one of the new RESORT ATTENDANTS.
Do you love exploring and playing in the outdoors, making new friends, hanging around the campfire, canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, snowboarding, skiing, and snowshoeing? Well, we have that, and more. Manning Park Resort is a year-round resort located between Hope and Princeton, BC.
