Job Summary — The Opportunity

During a plant turnaround, every hour counts, and crews need the right test equipment, working and ready, the moment they ask for it. As our Onsite Rental Coordinator, you'll be the person who makes that happen.

In this role, you will work from our onsite turnaround trailer at Venture Global's Calcasieu Pass 2 (CP2) facility in Cameron, Louisiana, serving as the direct link between JM Test Systems and customer and contractor personnel. You'll issue and receive instrumentation and electrical test equipment, keep inventory accurate, and make sure every returned item is inspected, cleaned, and back to ready-to-rent status for the next shift.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

·        Issue equipment right the first time. Verify availability, calibration status, and accessories, test operation, and capture every transaction in our mobile billing and inventory system.

·        Stay ahead of the next shift. Stage equipment in advance so crews get what they need without delay.

·        Inspect every return. Check returned units against company photos and checklists, identify missing accessories, and document, photograph, and segregate damaged equipment, sharing findings with the local hub.

·        Get equipment ready to rent. Clean equipment to company standards, remove customer markings, verify function, recharge, and replace asset and accessory tags as needed.

·        Keep inventory accurate. Conduct routine counts, maintain min/max accessory levels, update equipment records, and communicate service or product needs to the local hub.

·        Report with accuracy. Complete data logs, transaction paperwork, and timecards, and provide daily reports on issue, receipt, and inventory activity.

·        Represent JM Test Systems onsite. Deliver timely, professional service to plant and contractor personnel.

What You Bring

·        Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

·        Required: 3+ years of industrial plant turnaround experience.

·        Required: Current TWIC card, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a DISA background check, plant security screening, and drug test.

·        Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with plant and contractor personnel.

·        Required: Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately process high volumes of transaction paperwork.

·        Required: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems.

·        Preferred: Vocational or associate's degree.

Work Environment & Schedule

This role is based in an onsite turnaround trailer at an active industrial plant. Please be prepared for:

·        Open-air conditions and variable weather, including extreme heat and cold, plus plant noise and industrial traffic

·        Standing 8–10 hours per shift, climbing stairs and industrial ladders, and lifting up to 50–55 lbs. unassisted

·        Extended shifts that ramp up through the turnaround: starting around 6 days a week at 10 hours, building toward 12-hour shifts and 13-days-on/1-day-off schedules during peak windows, including some weekends and holidays
