Inside Sales Associate – Full-Time | On-Site in Corona, CA

Pay: $22–$25/hr + Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

About the Job

We’re hiring a Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team in Corona, CA. This is an on-site sales role ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, account management, and business development. If you’re motivated, organized, and want a long-term career in sales, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do (Sales + Customer Service + Lead Generation)

• Make daily outbound calls (25–35) to warm and cold leads
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions
• Support key accounts and help maximize ROI
• Work with Marketing on sales materials and promotions
• Use CRM tools to track calls, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product questions
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly inside sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, or business development
• Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with customers

• Able to work full-time in our Corona, CA office
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
