Receptionist (Client Services Coordinator)


Provides administrative, reception and concierge services for clients


Hours: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Pay: $15 per hour

Location: Washington, DC

Contract Type: Temporary-to-Hire


Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Answer phones

·         Greet clients and guests

·         Appropriately notify clients of guests and direct them accordingly

·         Manage conference room schedule

·         Monitor and maintain kitchen and common area cleanliness and inventory

·         Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

·         Send/receive packages and mail

·         Administrative client services as needed

·         Coordinate monthly social and networking events

·         Contribute to the newsletter, blog posts and social media



·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·         Ability to effectively manage time and organize

·         Ability to effectively multi-task and follow-up on all commitments

·         Strong communication skills, oral and written

·         Strong team and client-oriented focus in providing office services (administrative and technological)
