As a cashless venue, Pelicans Ballpark offers fans who do not carry a credit, debit card or other forms of digital payment can exchange cash for Loaded Value on their ticket at the Box Office as well as at Guest Services. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to fans by servicing those exchanges at Guest Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend the game-day meeting to review daily assignments, policies, and procedures.
- Assist fans with exchanging cash for Loaded Value
- Use of technology including a computer and point-of-sale system
- Answer questions regarding promotions and other Ballpark information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must have good vision, hearing, and the ability to speak clearly
- Frequent use of hands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
