Customer Service Representative

Philadelphia, PA

- Print orders
- Answer phones / emails
- Process refunds/ cancelation of orders
- Verify orders
- Accept and process returns
- Marketplace management / maintenance
- Maintain Inventory, count inventory physically
- Chargebacks, Feedbacks
- Update New Files over Excel
- Send Invitation to new Customers
- Meet and greet customers
- Order supplies for the office
- Other minor office things

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Excel
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and manage heavy workloads
- Computer skills
- STRONG attention to detail, must be very precise.
- Ability to work independently
- Must be dependable - punctual and reliable.
