IT Manager
The Information Technology Manager (IT Manager) the smooth operation of Successful Living’s information technology systems, coordinates IT projects, and troubleshoots technical issues. They oversee the IT infrastructure, manage the IT budget, and work to achieve organizational goals. The IT Manager serves as the primary point of contact for tech-related issues. The IT Manager is a full-time, salaried position and reports directly to the Executive Director. Schedule is primarily M-F, 9am - 5pm.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
NETWORKING AND SECURITY
· Establishes and maintains reliable, secure, and HIPAA compliant wired and wireless networks
· Stays up to date with current networking practices and security vulnerabilities
· Develops IT crisis management plans and data recovery protocols
· Collaborates with Human Resources when requested for internal investigations
· Ensures the timely restriction/closure of accounts and licenses for terminated employees or when otherwise necessary
TECH SUPPORT
· Responds promptly to work orders
· Provides tech support through various channels including email, phone, and in-person meetings
· Maintains 2-4 flex hours per week to assist with issues occurring outside of regular work hours
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
· Develops a budget and operates within it, keeping the Executive Director and Director of Finance informed of high-cost items
· Maintains all digital software licenses, computers, monitors, modems, routers, printers, VOIP system, and other related items and accessories
· Procures new devices as needed and properly disposes of broken or outdated technology
· Facilitates the timely upgrading of IT property, ensuring minimal downtime
· Responsible for the installation and wiring of all physical IT property, collaborating with the Maintenance Team as needed
ONBOARDING
· Creates work accounts and assigns necessary software licenses as directed by the Training Coordinator, Human Resources, or Program Managers
· Provides real-time support in initial computer setup for new hires
· Assists the Training Coordinator in developing guides, training materials, and/or other resources for staff members to familiarize them with Successful Living’s IT practices and expectations
· Develops and implements IT-related policies and procedures
MISCELLANEOUS
· Collaborates with other departments as needed
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED
· High school diploma
· Current CompTIA A+ certification
· Experience: 1-year related work experience
PREFFERED
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
· Current CySA+ certification
· Current ITIL4 certification
· Microsoft 365 Certified
· Basic carpentry skills for wire running and device installation
