Job Description:

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant functioning.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a steakhouse or similar high-volume dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Food Safety Manager Certification (preferred).
