Job Description:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant functioning.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a steakhouse or similar high-volume dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food Safety Manager Certification (preferred).
