Busser
Job Overview:
Reporting to the F&B Leaderships Team, the Busser will remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave, stocking the coffee and pop stations, help clearing bottles and dishes from the gaming floor, assisting with stocking bars and rotating product as needed and assisting with putting away deliveries and any other reasonable task assigned by the F&B Leadership Team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Promotes, works, and acts in a manner consistent with the mission of Ace and Cash Casino’s.
Sets tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
Clears tables after guests, wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths.
Promptly cleans tabletops, chairs, booths, and the floor under and around tables.
Removes used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
Locates items requested by guests.
Scrapes and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
Takes soiled tableware to the designated area, and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, and glassware for cleaning.
Performs serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
Carries food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply areas to serving counters.
Cleans up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove trash.
Serves food to guests when servers need assistance.
Thanks guests as they leave.
Maintains adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
Cleans and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of the restaurant, and mop or vacuum floors.
Fills beverage or ice dispensers.
Stocks cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.
Communicates with server and (host or hostess if applicable) to expedite efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
Responds appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed.
Obtains service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
Inspects and clean staff break areas every hour.
Attends all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
Coordinates with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
Fills-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Occasionally assists in the dish washing area depending on staffing levels.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
1 year experience in a hospitality environment preferred.
Casino or resort experience preferred.
Proserve and Reel Facts Certification from AGLC.

Job Requirements:
Ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including graveyards, weekends, and holidays. The hours of work will be based on operational needs.
Knowledge of AGLC Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines.
Knowledge and ability to clearly explain operating house rules to guests and employees.
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Walk/stand – Must be able to walk/stand throughout much of the shift throughout all outlets of the Casino.
Talk/hear – must be able to detect, determine, identify, observe, inspect, and assess. This positions frequently communicates with guests and employees throughout the entirety of the shift. Must be able to exchange accurate information and professionalism in these situations.
Occasional kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Works in an indoor, fast-paced environment.
Advanced attention to detail.
