Billing Specialist

We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Springfield, MO team!

Responsibilities may include

• Generate and process accurate and timely client invoices based on project contracts and agreements.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies, resolve any issues or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to reconcile billing records and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, including monthly billing reports, revenue analysis, and accounts receivable aging reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with general accounting practices
• Proficient in utilizing diverse software applications, including accounting software and the comprehensive suite of Google products. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associates degree or vocational school training preferred
• 2+ years or relevant experience required
