Regional Manager
We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in Lake, Sumter and Citrus County. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business development, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication

A thorough understanding of healthcare staff management
Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with key and
prospective clients
Time management skills to handle deadlines, client calls, staff coaching and
administrator meetings
Leadership abilities to bolster team performances and help struggling staff
work together as a team
Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address staff concerns or changes in
directive
- Coaching a high standard of patient care
- Communication: Facilitating communication between patients, visitors, and medical staff
- Office management: Ordering and stocking office supplies, operating office equipment, and maintaining a tidy office
- Coordination: Coordinating physicians' and ma's and transferring results and other data to the appropriate recipients.
- Travel between offices and oversee running multiple locations.
- Compliance: Making sure all staff understand and work to the highest level of medical regulation
- Training: Training and supervising office staff
- Special projects: Assisting with special projects and other administrative tasks or keeping
Must have 2 years experience managing several locations.
