Position Summary:


The Residential Services Manager position requires a highly organized, personable, service-oriented individual with knowledge of the Big Sky area and community. This individual will be the point of contact for all member owner homes.  This position will be integral to creating a superb owner experience by being available to meet member owner requests and caring for their home. This position will also be responsible for maintaining communications between the operations team, housekeeping, vendors, members and guests related to day-to-day residential operations. Job duties include, but are not limited to:


·       Create memorable and elevated experiences for member owner and their guests through extraordinary customer service.

·       Consistently create positive associate, member owner, and guest interactions.

·       Assist in matters related to member owner and guest services, satisfaction, and resolutions.

·       Identify and escalate issues as needed to the Director of Lodging and Residential Services.

·       Work closely and assist with all internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.

·       Maintains consistent communication with the internal teams regarding questions or concerns involving property management and pre-arrival preparations for member owner and guests.

·       Generate housekeeping reports and maintenance reports daily.

·       Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper to plan housekeeping schedules for the day/week.

·       Performs routine inspections of residences to ensure that the homes are in a constant state of readiness.

·       Procure and enter work logs for appropriate residences daily.

·       Identify, schedule, and follow up on maintenance issues.

·       Prepare for member owner and guest arrival by reviewing resume and special notes- working closely with internal team for clarification as needed.

·       Stage homes for arrival including stocking home with groceries and amenity presentation with welcome card.

·       Conduct pre-arrival housekeeping and maintenance inspection.

·       Assists in establishing and monitoring preventative maintenance schedules

·       Welcome member owner and guests when they arrive, complete a residential orientation, itinerary review for accuracy, review housekeeping schedule, and responding to other special requests communicated by the member owner and their guests.

·       Review and approve invoices and ensure department budget is maintained.

·       Prepare monthly owner statements

·       Schedule and provide direction/training to Reservationist

·       Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that they are being followed by all members of the team.

·       Collaborate with Residential Rental Manager in management of day to day lodging and residential operations.



·       Valid driver’s license

·       Reliable Vehicle

·       State of Montana Property Manager License (secure with-in 90 days)

·       One to three years of hospitality experience in property management, hotel, private club, or other hospitality venue

·       Intermediate to Expert level of Microsoft Office systems

·       Ability to respond quickly to member owner and guests.

·       Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with all members owners, guests, and associates.

·       Familiarity with Escapia preferred but not required

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, chat applications, etc.

·       Knowledge of State of Montana accommodations laws



Essential Job Functions:


·       Must be able to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.

·       Must be able to communicate by various means including but not limited to phone, email, and text.

·       Must be able to follow instructions.

·       Must be able to study and acquire knowledge of all club operations.

·       Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.

·       Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

·       Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.



Physical Demands:


·       This job requires daily work in the field. You may be required to travel in inclement weather conditions between properties.

·       You must be able to lift 50 pounds.

·       Position requires sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
