At Sim’s Corner, we believe in perfectly aged steaks, big wines and genuine hospitality makes for an incredible guest experience. Our culinary team has been a major pillar in what makes us Atlantic Canada’s premier steakhouse. We focus on fresh Island raised products, using one hundred percent Island beef, along with fresh locally sourced produce.

As a Server, You Will

• Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
• Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service
• Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
• Clean draft beer system, bar area and glassware
• Provide seamless guest service while ensuring they have a memorable experience by providing timely service with an upbeat and positive personality
• Work along side of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

What You Bring

• Responsible beverage certificate is required
• Minimum one year serving experience
• Knowledge of Aloha POS is an asset
