Golfballs.com is searching for a Sales Development Manager.  The Sales Development Manager will lead and develop our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s). This leader will help win new business by further developing our team members and creating strategies to identify, qualify, and contact new prospects, open new opportunities, and convert them into sales.   This position reports to the Director of Sales.

 Responsibilities:

 Leading the SDR team to attain/exceed sales revenue and profit targets

  • Facilitating the training and development of our SDR team
  • Development of the tools and tactics needed to achieve goals and objectives
  • A programmatic and process driven approach to the collection, documentation & implementation of best practices
  • Conduct weekly 1on1’s with SDRs, reviewing goals and objectives while celebrating successes and overcoming obstacles
  • Inspiring and coordinating activities for the sales development team, leading to a robust pipeline of opportunities which helps to fuel the entire sales team
  • In addition to leading the sales development team, it is expected that the individual selected for this role will also be an individual contributor, making a meaningful sales dollar contribution
  • Collaboration with the director of sales to support the overall growth of our department

Qualifications:

 Proven track record of success in the B2B environment

  • Must thrive in a technologically driven ecommerce office environment
  • Experience leading and developing sales people
  • Preference for golf and/or decorated products knowledge
  • Passion to succeed by helping others
  • University degree, concentration in business preferred
