 Job Description: Under the supervision of the Beach Pavilion Manager, the Front End Supervisor is responsible leadership and coaching of the front of the house restaurant team. The Front End Supervisor will effectively lead the Front End Team to achieve the highest standard of food service and hospitality. To be considered for this position, you must be at least 21 years of age. 

This is a seasonal position.

 Responsibilities:

  • To ensure members of the Front End Restaurant Team are educated about their daily responsibilities and have a clear understanding of all State, Local and Company health and safety policies and procedures. 
  • To ensure that the company food hygiene management system is in place and fully understood by the team.
  • Ensure great quality of food and presentation.
  • To attend team meetings on a regular basis and contribute to the development and growth of the business.
  • Direct employees on what their daily tasks are.
  • Schedule daily cleaning tasks that need to be done every shift.
  • Ensure the overtime budget is being maintained.
  • Any other duties assigned by the manager in the scope of food and beverage.
