Member Service Representative - East York (Teller)

Introduction:

We are seeking a Member Service Representative for our East York office.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first faces our members see, providing excellent service, building positive relationships, and helping members find solutions that meet their financial needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service while building positive member relationships.
• Process daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and follow established procedures.
• Assist members with account maintenance, including name and address changes.
• Identify members’ needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Support established sales goals while helping members find solutions that meet their financial needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a financial institution, retail cash handling, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Willingness to learn about financial products and services and build lasting member relationships
