Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of caregivers and internal staff in a high-volume home care environment. This is a results-driven role. The Recruiter is responsible for building a consistent pipeline, moving candidates through onboarding quickly, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. Speed, accuracy, and follow-up are critical for this role.


Key Responsibilities


Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and onboard caregivers based on case needs

  • Conduct structured phone screenings to assess availability, experience, reliability

  • Source and engage caregiver candidates through various channels

  • Conduct phone screenings to assess availability, experience, and reliability

  • Guide candidates through the onboarding process from start to finish

  • Collect and verify all required documents, including clearances and background checks

  • Schedule and coordinate orientation to ensure caregivers are ready to start


Staffing & Case Support

  • Review open cases and help match caregivers based on availability and location

  • Follow up with active candidates to fill urgent and priority needs

  • Communicate updates clearly with coordination and marketing teams


Systems & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems

  • Ensure all documentation meets company and regulatory standards

  • Identify and address missing information or delays early


Communication

  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal teams

  • Follow up without delays and keep the process moving

  • Represent the company in a professional and organized manner


Education & Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination (healthcare preferred) may be considered in place of formal education

  • Strong communication and phone skills

  • High attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring and shifting priorities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
