Job Title: Warehouse Loader/Unloader – Weekend Night Shift

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM the following morning
Compensation: Performance-based pay; typical earnings of $16–$25 per hour, with potential earnings of $25–$35 per hour based on productivity.
Position Summary
Freight Breakers LLC is accepting applications for Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders to support its weekend overnight operations.
Employees handle packages throughout the loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting process. The role requires consistent attendance, safe handling practices, and the ability to maintain an effective work pace during overnight shifts.
Essential Duties
Load packages from conveyor systems into trailers.
Arrange and stack freight securely.
Unload packages from floor-loaded trailers onto conveyors.
Scan packages and sort them into designated cages or staging areas.
Move package cages between assigned work areas.
Maintain an orderly work environment.
Follow company safety procedures and operational instructions.
Meet applicable productivity and accuracy standards.
Qualifications
Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout overnight shifts.
Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with a team.
Successful completion of required background and drug screenings, where permitted by applicable law.
Compensation
Pay is based on the volume of trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour, with potential earnings of $25–$35 per hour for employees who achieve higher productivity levels. Actual earnings depend on productivity and applicable compensation terms. The maximum stated earnings are not guaranteed.
