As our Assistant Manager you are responsible for all aspects of operations at our hotel.

·         You are a leader. You seek out and hire the best. You train, coach, recognize and develop your team to be the best they can be, in a respectful and welcoming workplace.

·         You are a master of employee and guest relations. You understand the nuances of what makes employees and guests happy and feeling valued.

·         You are an operator extraordinaire. You understand the complexities of hotel operations, enabling flawless execution of our processes, standards, policies and best practices at every level.

·         You are business savvy. You are focused on driving revenue targets, maximizing room yields and managing controllable expenses to meet and exceed our operating budget.


What You Bring

 

  • Three to five years of hotel leadership experience. 
  • Financial, revenue management, budgeting experience.
  • Demonstrated success building and motivating a team while creating and maintaining a respectful and productive work environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Hotel Management, Tourism or Hospitality.
  • Combination of education and experience is considered.
  • Must have open scheduling availability (weekends/holidays included)
